During this call, I would love to learn about you, where you are in your health journey, and how I might best be able to support you. Comprehensive Intake via Telehealth
90 minutes

  • During the comprehensive intake, we will dive into your health history, your goals and objectives, the support you are seeking, your experience with nutrition to this point, and any symptoms you are experiencing or concerns you have about your health. We will start to unravel potential causes or triggers behind your symptoms, and collaboratively assemble an initial, customized protocol. My priority is that you walk away feeling seen and heard as a whole person, as well as confident and empowered. 

  • Protocols will vary widely from person to person, and session to session. The protocol can include nutrition suggestions, supplement suggestions, recipes, and other lifestyle aspects that influence your symptoms. 

  • On the back-end, I spend 10-20 hours thoroughly combing through all of the information you provided via the intake documents, our interview, and any labs you provide. It is extraordinarily important to me that I familiarize myself with everything that makes you unique in order to act as the best teammate possible during our time together.

Ongoing Collaborative Support 
30 minutes

  • Following our comprehensive intake, we will continue to check-in on a regular basis, usually weekly or every-other-week. We will assess your experience with the protocol we developed during the previous session and any new symptoms or concerns that have come up that you would like to address. We will continuously collaborate to establish a strategy that serves you. I will always honor your desires and instincts, helping you to connect the dots in such a way that you feel empowered to take control over your health. 

  • For long-term clients, check-ins may become less frequent, but not less than once monthly.

Packages
New Client Package
 

  • 1 new client intake (90 minutes)

  • 4 follow-up sessions (30 minutes; weekly or every other week)

  • 1 new or updated protocol per session

  • One 5-minute email check-in per week

​To serve you best, I have developed a package of one initial consultation and four follow-up sessions on a weekly or every-other-week cadence. I want to do everything I can to set you up for success. Given the level of commitment of the initial consultation on both of our parts, I ask for the both of us to dedicate at least 5 total sessions to working together. After the first 5-session package, you are welcome to continue booking follow-ups at your convenience (no less than once monthly).
